Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your participation in the hale peptides affiliate program (the "Program"). By submitting an application or using your affiliate code or link, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not participate.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older, have legal capacity to enter binding agreements, and maintain a legitimate audience that engages with research, science, fitness, or longevity content. We reserve the right to approve or decline applications at our sole discretion.
2. Commissions
The standard commission is 15% of the order subtotal (after any customer discount, before shipping and taxes). Customers using your code receive a 5% discount. The attribution window is 60 days from the customer's first visit via your link, or first manual code entry, whichever occurs first.
Commissions become "approved" once the corresponding order is paid and shipped. Approved commissions are paid monthly, on or around the 15th of the following month. Minimum payout is €50; balances below this roll over to the next month. Refunded, cancelled, or charged-back orders void the related commissions, even if previously approved.
3. Prohibited conduct
You will not, in any content where you promote hale or use your affiliate code/link:
- Make any health, medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or treatment claims.
- Suggest, encourage, or imply human use, ingestion, injection, or topical application.
- Provide dosing instructions or schedules for humans.
- Use before/after photos, testimonials, or transformation content that implies human use of our products.
- Compare our products to FDA-, EMA-, or other regulator-approved medications or therapies.
- Target audiences under 21, or distribute promotional content on platforms with majority minor audiences.
- Engage in spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, malware, typosquatting, cookie-stuffing, or paid traffic from incentivized, adult, or prohibited sources.
- Bid on hale trademarks (including "hale peptides", "halepeps", "halepeps.com") on paid search platforms.
- Use hale trademarks, logos, or product photos in misleading ways or in a manner that suggests endorsement by a regulator or medical authority.
4. Required disclosures
You must, in every piece of content where you promote hale:
- Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship in plain language (e.g., "affiliate", "partner", or "#ad") in a manner compliant with the FTC, the EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive, and your local law.
- Include a research-use disclaimer (e.g., "For research use only. Not for human consumption.") visible alongside the promotion.
- Comply with EU Consumer Protection laws and any platform-specific advertising rules (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, etc.).
5. Content review
We reserve the right to request review of any promotional content using our affiliate code/link, and to require edits or removal at any time. You agree to comply with such requests within 72 hours.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including (without limitation) violation of these Terms. Termination for cause (especially for prohibited conduct) immediately forfeits all pending commissions. You may withdraw from the Program at any time by notifying us at affiliates@halepeps.com.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless hale, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your participation in the Program or any breach of these Terms.
8. Payments
Payouts are made via SEPA bank transfer or cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC on supported networks), at your election. You are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations applicable to your earnings. We may withhold payments where required by law or where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, pending investigation.
9. Independent contractor
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and hale. You are an independent contractor.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on your application.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising in connection with the Program shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
