Buyer's Declaration

The products sold by hale are research chemicals intended exclusively for laboratory research, in vitro studies, and scientific investigation. These products are NOT intended for human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic application, diagnostic use, or any form of household application. I am purchasing these products solely for legitimate research purposes. I will not use them, and will not allow them to be used, in or on any human or animal subject, nor will I administer, inject, ingest, apply topically, or otherwise consume these products.

I understand that the products sold by hale have not been evaluated or approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA), the Agencia Española de Medicamentos y Productos Sanitarios (AEMPS), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), or any other regulatory authority for human or veterinary therapeutic use. These products are not medicines, not nutritional supplements, not cosmetics, and not foods. They are research chemicals for laboratory use only.

I acknowledge that hale makes no claims regarding the safety, efficacy, or therapeutic value of any product for any application involving humans or animals. Any descriptions of research applications on hale's website or product pages refer exclusively to academic, preclinical, or in vitro literature and do not constitute claims of efficacy or safety for therapeutic, diagnostic, or any other non-laboratory application.

I declare that I am acquiring these products for one or more of the following purposes: - Independent scientific or academic research - In vitro biochemical or pharmacological studies - Laboratory characterization, identification, or analytical reference work - Other lawful, non-therapeutic research applications I confirm that I have appropriate knowledge, facilities, and intentions to handle these products responsibly within a research context. I understand that improper use of research chemicals can cause serious harm and accept full personal responsibility for the proper handling, storage, and use of these products.

I confirm that: - I am at least 18 years of age - I am legally permitted to purchase research chemicals in my country and jurisdiction of residence - I have full legal capacity to enter into this transaction - I am not acting on behalf of any minor or any party lacking legal capacity - I am not currently subject to any legal restriction prohibiting me from purchasing such products I understand that the legal status of research chemicals varies by jurisdiction. It is my sole responsibility to verify that the purchase, importation, possession, and use of these products is lawful in my jurisdiction. hale provides no legal advice and accepts no responsibility for compliance with the laws of any jurisdiction other than Spain.

I confirm that I am ordering from and requesting shipment to one of the following territories where hale offers fulfillment: - A Member State of the European Union (EU 27) - The United Kingdom - Switzerland - Norway I understand that hale does not ship to any other territory, and that I will not request shipment to addresses outside of this specified scope.

I will not resell, redistribute, gift, transfer, or otherwise make available these products to any third party for human or animal use. I will not market, advertise, or represent these products in any way that suggests they are intended for therapeutic, nutritional, cosmetic, or other non-research applications.

I understand and accept that, due to the nature of research chemicals and the impossibility of verifying product integrity after shipment, hale operates a strict no-returns policy on all shipped orders. Refunds are issued only in the limited cases of: - Order cancelled before shipping - Verified non-delivery (lost in transit, confirmed by carrier) - Verified defective product (assessed case-by-case) I waive any right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, acknowledging that this transaction is a commercial research purchase and not a consumer purchase subject to the standard 14-day cooling-off period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I agree that: - hale's total liability arising from any product purchased shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim - hale shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages - hale shall not be liable for any harm, injury, loss, or damage resulting from my use, misuse, or handling of any product, including any use that violates the terms of this Declaration I personally assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of products purchased from hale.

This Declaration and any disputes arising from my purchases from hale shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, with respect to applicable European Union directives and regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
