Returns Policy

Due to the nature of research peptides and the risks associated with transport, temperature exposure, and product integrity, hale does not accept returns on shipped orders. This policy aligns with industry standard practice for research-grade peptide products.

Damaged or defective product

If your order arrives damaged in transit (broken vial, compromised packaging, or visibly defective product), please contact us at help@halepeps.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order reference number
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Damaged product cases are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Verified defective shipments are eligible for replacement at our discretion.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Order is cancelled before shipping
  • Verified non-delivery (lost in transit, confirmed by carrier)
  • Verified defective product (as described above)

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that this is a commercial transaction for research purposes and that EU consumer protection laws regarding right of withdrawal do not apply, as confirmed during checkout.
